About

I come to design by way of writing: with little more than BA in English, I landed my first job out of college as a resume writer. Puzzling together bits of peoples lives to fit a single page fueled my interest in solving big design problems. I learned to balance composition, visual hierarchy, the harmony of form and function, and the power of succinct copy.

Since then, I have worked as a graphic designer in Chicago and New Orleans, focusing on the luxury retail and culinary markets.

Nicole lives in her hometown of New Orleans with her husband, Jon, their son, Francis, and their neurotic boxer, Hank. She studied graphic design at Tulane University.
